Job description
White Oak Manor York is seeking a compassionate RN Supervisor to assess residents, oversee care plans, and provide hands-on clinical care. You will mentor CNAs, promote teamwork, and ensure compliance with regulations while maintaining high-quality, person-centered care.
The role requires an active South Carolina RN license, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with nursing leadership. A sign-on bonus is available and PTO accrues after 90 days.
