Job description
Henderson Health and Rehabilitation Center in Henderson, Tennessee is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead nursing staff, supervise CNAs, and ensure high-quality patient care on the unit.
You will coordinate care plans, communicate with physicians, patients, and families, and maintain HIPAA-compliant information handling. A current TN RN license and CPR/BLS certification are required. This is a full-time role with excellent benefits and a $2,500 sign-on bonus.
