Job description
WeCare Centers in Wellsboro, PA is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead our nursing team and ensure high-quality patient care in a long-term care setting.
You will oversee clinical operations, mentor staff, ensure documentation, participate in quality improvement, and collaborate with the DON and administration. PA RN license required; prior acute or long-term care leadership preferred; on-site role with competitive benefits.
