Job description
The Homestead is actively seeking a dedicated RN Supervisor to oversee nursing units and provide clinical leadership under the Director of Nursing - LTC. You will supervise staff, ensure compliant care, and uphold high patient standards.
Ideal candidates hold NY RN licensure, a BSN preferred, and at least 1 year of nursing experience, with LTC/supervisory exposure. Competitive benefits include tuition assistance and generous PTO, with shifting Eve/Night rotations.
