We are seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Supervisor to join our team at Kadima Rehabilitation & Nursing at Mt. Lebanon, a group of skilled nursing facilities in PA. As a key member of our leadership team, the RN Supervisor will play a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of our nursing unit, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.
About the Role:
Manage and supervise a team of Registered Nurses (RNs) and other nursing personnel to provide high-quality patient care
Develop and implement effective nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards
Conduct performance evaluations, provides staff development and training, and addresses employee concerns in a fair and timely manner
Collaborate with other departments, including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Activities, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care
Participate in Quality Improvement initiatives to drive excellence in patient care and outcomes
Responsibilities:
Oversee the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care and potential problems
Maintain accurate records and reports, including nursing assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
Participate in peer review and quality improvement activities to promote continuous improvement
Requirements:
Current RN licensure in the State of Pennsylvania
Minimum 0 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with prior supervisory experience preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Strong knowledge of nursing policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
