$114,000 - $125,000 per year

Job Details
Supervising half of the 280-bed facility alongside another RN Supervisor
Managing staff, addressing concerns, and ensuring smooth overnight operations (11 PM - 7 AM)
Conducting audits and following up on issues from the previous shift
Handling admissions (rare during overnights)
Ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with policies
Supporting and mentoring nursing staff as needed
Collaborating with leadership to improve processes and patient outcomes
Skills You Need
Active RN license with supervisory experience
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and make critical decisions overnight
Excellent communication and team collaboration
