Regulatory Compliance & Documentation: Ensure thorough, timely Electronic Medical Record (EMR) documentation in compliance with Connecticut Department of Public Health (DPH) and CMS regulations

Qualifications:

Licensure: Current, active, and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Connecticut

Clinical Experience: Minimum of 2 to 3 years of clinical nursing experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF), long-term care (LTC), or sub-acute rehabilitation setting

Leadership Capability: Prior experience as an overnight supervisor, charge nurse, unit manager, or desk nurse preferred

Clinical Autonomy: Strong critical thinking and independent decision-making skills required for night-shift operational management

EMR Proficiency: Experience using Electronic Medical Record systems (e.g., PointClickCare) for clinical documentation and incident reporting

Benefits

Health & Wellness Coverage: Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance plans with robust employee well-being and support resources
