Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor – Full-Time

Orchard Manor Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead our nursing team on a Full-Time bases for our daylight shift 7am-7pm . If you're passionate about providing exceptional resident care while supporting and mentoring nursing staff, we'd love to have you join our team.
Job Summary
As the RN Supervisor, you will oversee the daily clinical operations of the nursing department during the day shift, ensuring quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and a positive, collaborative work environment. You will serve as a leader and resource for the nursing team while promoting excellence in patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
Supervise and support nursing staff throughout the day shift
Coordinate daily clinical operations to ensure efficient workflow
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility policies and procedures
Assess residents' physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs
Collaborate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team to coordinate resident care
Monitor resident conditions and ensure timely follow-up and documentation
Mentor, coach, and support nursing staff to promote professional growth
Foster a positive, team-oriented environment focused on quality care and resident satisfaction

Qualifications
Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license
Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
