Assists in the planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of the operations and patient care of designated areas. Serves as a clinical resource for staff and patients in the department. Functions as a staff nurse in the department as needed. Assumes managerial duties delegated by a manger. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards. Position Details:

Department: Behavioral Health

Full-Time - Weekend Option

Fri/Sat/Sun 10am-10pm & Every other Thursday 1pm - 9pm

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 - No Contract

Stay Premium Program: Active after 2 years with Mercy. Up to $8/hour based on years of Mercy service

Qualifications:

Education:

Graduate from an accredited Nursing program. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing.

Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining and maintaining a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.

Experience: 2 years' experience in patient care is required.

Supervisor experience is preferred

Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire.
