Responsibilities of a RN Supervisor/Unit Manager:
Oversee and manage the nursing staff on your unit
Ensure compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations
Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents
Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff
Coordinate with medical professionals to deliver optimal care
Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of residents
Manage budgets and resources efficiently
Qualifications of a RN Supervisor/Unit Manager:
Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania
Proven experience as an RN Supervisor/Unit Manager
Responsible, ready, and eager to work
