As a RN Supervisor , you will be responsible for overseeing a team of Registered Nurses and supporting our patients' recovery journeys. Your expertise and leadership will ensure seamless care coordination, efficient communication, and outstanding patient outcomes. With a focus on teamwork, professionalism, and compassion, you will inspire and motivate your team to provide exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct supervision to a team of Registered Nurses, ensuring high-quality patient care and promoting a positive work environment
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Conduct regular assessments to identify opportunities for improvement and provide guidance to staff
Foster open communication and promote a culture of respect, empathy, and innovation
