RN Supervisor (3pm-11pm)

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced RN Supervisor to join our team at Garden Spring Rehab and Care Center in Willow Grove, Pennsylvania. As a RN Supervisor , you will play a vital role in overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care to our residents. About the Role:
As a RN Supervisor , you will be responsible for:
Providing leadership and guidance to nursing staff to ensure the delivery of excellent patient care
Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
Conducting regular rounds to assess patient care and safety
Identifying and addressing any potential issues or concerns
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and care
(Salary) per year, depending on experience
Responsibilities:
Provide direct supervision to nursing staff, including delegation, guidance, and evaluation
Develop and implement care plans in conjunction with the interdisciplinary team
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Foster a positive and supportive work environment
Collaborate with other departments to ensure the delivery of comprehensive care
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Requirements:
(Minimum Years of Experience) years of experience as a registered nurse, with at least (Level of Education) degree in nursing
Current RN license in the state of Pennsylvania
Demonstrated leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
