Job description
Mercy Medical Center in Cedar Rapids, IA seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Surgical Outpatient Float Pool (0.5 Day/Eve). The part-time position requires safe, independent practice and adherence to Mercy’s standards, with a focus on patient-centered care and efficient handoffs.
Responsibilities include patient assessment, care planning, outcome evaluation, and guidance to patients and families. BLS is required; ACLS is preferred. Iowa license or compact state is mandatory.
