About This Role
The RN Surgical Services-Per Diem position at Mass General Brigham involves providing nursing services in accordance with applicable standards and established policies. This role is ideal for experienced nurses looking for flexible work opportunities.

Facility: Martha's Vineyard Hospital, Inc.
Schedule: Per Diem
What You'll Do
Assess physical, psychological, and social dimensions of the patient.
Provide written assessment of patient on admission.
Document nursing intervention, patient response, effectiveness, and complications.
Summarize assessment data and create a nursing care plan.
Implement clinical and technical aspects of care and nursing orders.
Intervene with proper technique and safety precautions.
Provide patient and family instruction/education and discharge planning.
Report patient care or management problems to Clinical Coordinator.
Coordinate unit routines and guide staff.
Demonstrate ability to care for patients across various age groups.
Requirements
Education:
Associate's Degree in Nursing required
Experience:
2-3 years of Medical/Surgical experience required
Licenses & Certifications:
Current RN License in Massachusetts required
