Job description
Mayo Clinic is seeking an RN Team Lead to serve as a formal and informal leader on the unit, coordinating daily nursing care and staffing with a focus on patient safety and quality. The role requires a current RN license, an associate degree or diploma in nursing, and the ability to lead in a fast-paced environment.
