Job description
Mayo Clinic is seeking an RN Team Lead to guide nursing care on the unit, delegate tasks, and ensure patient flow. You will collaborate with management to plan daily work and mentor staff within the Mayo Nursing Care Model.
Requirements include an RN with an associate degree or diploma, plus BSN documentation as applicable; flexibility to work various shifts; and proficiency with EMR systems. TN sponsorship is available where eligible.
