Job description
Carilion Clinic in Roanoke, VA is seeking an RN Team Lead for the 7 West PCU. This full-time role requires leadership in a high-acuity Progressive Care Unit with continuous monitoring and complex patients.
You will coach staff, coordinate schedules, ensure quality care, and partner with management to meet clinical and operational goals. Virginia RN licensure, BLS, and EFM NCC certification required; ACLS/PALS/NRP may be needed.
