Job description
AdventHealth in Tampa is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to coordinate patient care across PACU, inpatient units, Radiology and anesthesia on the night shift. You will develop and implement individualized care plans, monitor progress, and collaborate with physicians and team members to ensure coordinated care.
You will supervise nursing assistants, guide staff, and ensure staffing and equipment availability while maintaining high standards of nursing practice and patient safety.
