Job description
Mary Washington Healthcare is seeking an experienced RN for the Medical‑Surgical Emergency Team (MSET) leadership role. You will support clinical operations, mentor staff, and collaborate with Nursing leadership to optimize patient care and safety.
Responsibilities include responding to emergencies, driving quality improvements, and coordinating care with physicians and units. Strong supervisory background and ICU/ED experience are required.
