Job description
Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH) is seeking a Team Leader with strong clinical and leadership skills to guide nursing staff on the unit during evening shifts and every-other weekend. You will assess patient care, supervise performance, mentor staff, and partner with physicians to ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
A BSN or higher is preferred. The role requires BLS and ACLS within 6 months, MA RN license, and active participation in education and quality improvement activities.
