Job description
AdventHealth in Tampa, FL seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to prepare monthly schedules for the assigned unit and ensure coverage for all cases. You will assist with performance appraisals and maintain required documentation in personnel files, with minimal supervision.
You will communicate courteously with staff and patients, support patient flow and the admission/discharge process, and uphold Caring Model standards in a fast-paced hospital environment.
