Job description
TriStar Health seeks a compassionate RN for our Telemetry unit within Healthcare & Medical Services. The RN Telemetry provides continuous cardiac monitoring, delivers evidence-based acute care, and responds promptly to changes in patient condition. Responsibilities include rhythm interpretation, medication administration, care coordination, and patient/family education.
