About This Role
The Registered Nurse assesses human responses and plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care for individuals or families. This role is ideal for those who are committed to delivering high-quality patient care and fostering a collaborative team environment.

What You'll Do
Assess human responses and implement nursing care plans.
Provide leadership in a professional practice setting.
Assign or delegate tasks based on patient needs and staff skill levels.
Supervise and evaluate assigned LPN scope of practice as appropriate.
Participate on interdisciplinary teams to evaluate clinical care.
Promote patient safety initiatives and participate in quality initiatives.
Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, evaluate, and implement patient care.
Analyze health status and determine patient care needs.
Document changes in patient condition and notify appropriate personnel.
Promote compassionate communication that is patient and family-centered.
Requirements
**Education:**
Current State of PA RN licensure or current multi-state licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) required.
**Experience:**
Certification in area of specialty preferred.
**Licenses & Certifications:**
CPR certification required.
Act 34 Criminal Background Clearance Certificate required.
Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance Certificate required.
Act 73 FBI Fingerprinting Criminal Background Clearance Certificate required.
