About This Role
The RN - Telemetry/Med Surg position at Canonsburg Hospital involves providing direct nursing care in a collaborative environment, focusing on comprehensive patient management across various specialties.

What You'll Do
Utilize the nursing process to provide and coordinate patient care.
Initiate, monitor, and revise interdisciplinary plans of care based on assessments and physician orders.
Complete patient documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
Provide ongoing teaching to patients and families across the continuum of care.
Support the development of students, new staff, and colleagues, potentially serving as a preceptor.
Perform other duties as assigned or required.
Requirements
Education:
Current State of PA RN licensure or current multi-state licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).
Experience:

Licenses & Certifications:
CPR – American Heart Association required.
Act 34 Criminal Background Clearance Certificate required.
Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance Certificate required.
Act 73 FBI Fingerprinting Criminal Background Clearance Certificate required.
