About This Role
The Registered Nurse in the Telemetry unit provides comprehensive nursing care, assessing and planning for the needs of patients while ensuring safety and quality of care. This role is ideal for those who thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to patient-centered care.

What You'll Do
Assess human responses and plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care.
Provide leadership in a professional practice setting.
Contribute to team success through role modeling and mentoring.
Assign or delegate tasks based on patient needs and staff skill levels.
Provide feedback regarding clinical practice and role performance.
Participate on interdisciplinary teams to evaluate clinical care.
Promote patient safety initiatives and participate in quality initiatives.
Utilize the nursing process to develop patient care plans.
Analyze health status and determine patient care needs.
Continuously evaluate patient and family satisfaction.
Requirements
Education: Current State of PA RN licensure or multi-state licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) required.
Experience: Certification in area of specialty preferred.
Licenses & Certifications:CPR certification required.
Act 34 Criminal Background Clearance Certificate.
Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance Certificate.
Act 73 FBI Fingerprinting Criminal Background Clearance Certificate.
