Job description
Advocate Health, Wake Forest Health Network: Conover - Family Medicine, seeks a Registered Nurse for full-time day shift to deliver patient-centered care and coordinate follow-up testing and care plans.
Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program with two years acute care experience; BSN preferred. Licensure as RN and BCLS certification are required; ACLS/PALS may be needed in some areas. Strong telecommunication-based assessment and care coordination are essential.
