Job description
Novant Health in Charlotte is seeking an experienced registered nurse to join our Patient Placement Team. You will triage calls, coordinate transfers, and manage patient placement across multiple hospitals, using Epic, Transfer Center, Bed Placement, Voalte, Genesys, and Teams to keep care moving.
Applicants should have an associates degree and an active RN license with 2+ years acute care experience (ED or critical care preferred).
