Base pay range
$28.80/hr - $43.20/hr
Position Details
Position Name: Registered Nurse Transplant Cellular Therapy
Available Shifts: Days (Rotating Weekends), Nights (Rotating Weekends)
Job Summary and Qualifications
Perform direct patient care within the scope of the Registered Nurse Practice Act, with emphasis on nursing process/outcomes for patients with Stem Cell Transplant and hematologic disorders.
Education:
Graduation from an accredited school of Nursing. BSN preferred.
Experience:
1 year of recent (within the last year) acute care experience. Preference for candidates with recent acute care Oncology, Dialysis, or infusion experience. Highly preferred candidates with experience in Transplant & Cellular Therapy (TCT), Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT), or Blood and Marrow transplant programs.
Licensure/Certification:
Graduation from an accredited school of Nursing. Florida RN License required or appropriate compact licensure. If holding a compact license, active FL RN License required within 90 days of hire. BLS certification.
Additional Information
Position opening due to new TCT unit launching on November 1st, 2024.
Position has been open for 1 month.
FTE: 0.9
Interview process includes a recruiter phone screen, interview with director and hiring team, and peer interview.
First contact is with the recruiter; onsite or WebEx interview depending on location.
Final hiring decision involves a panel discussion.
