Job description
HCA Florida Orange Park Hospital in Orange Park, FL is seeking an experienced RN Trauma Program Director to lead the trauma services, ensure high-quality patient care, and align staffing, budgeting, and policies with organizational goals. The role requires an active RN license, BLS, and trauma-specific leadership experience; TNCC preferred; BSN or higher strongly preferred.
