Job description
Saludanursing is seeking an experienced Nursing Manager to oversee two 44-bed skilled nursing units and supervise nursing staff, ensuring care quality aligns with federal, state, and local standards. The role requires RN licensure and strong supervisory skills, with a focus on staff development, care planning, and regulatory compliance.
You will partner with the DON and ADON to coach staff, manage schedules, and coordinate resident education.
