Job description
Calvert County Nursing Center is seeking a self-motivated RN to supervise and coordinate day-to-day nursing activities across a 24/7 unit. You will ensure adherence to federal, state, and local standards and oversee resident care with the unit team.
The role emphasizes quality assurance, accurate documentation, and collaboration with the ADON/DON to implement care plans and respond to resident needs. A Maryland RN license is required; nursing degree or RN program graduate preferred.
