RN Unit Manager / Nurse Manager – Skilled NursingRegistered Nurse Unit Manager overseeing daily nursing operations, staff supervision, and resident care in a skilled nursing facility.Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:00pm | Full-TimeRN Unit Manager OverviewThe RN Unit Manager is responsible for the day-to-day clinical and administrative operations of a nursing unit in a skilled nursing / long-term care facility. This role provides leadership, ensures regulatory compliance, and supports high-quality resident care.RN Unit Manager ResponsibilitiesSupervise nursing staff and daily unit operationsEnsure compliance with DOH, CMS, and facility policiesOversee care plans, clinical documentation, and chart auditsProvide leadership, coaching, and clinical support to nursing staffAddress resident and family concerns professionallyMaintain appropriate staffing and unit supply levelsCollaborate with administration and interdisciplinary teamsRN Unit Managers QualificationsActive NY Registered Nurse (RN) license requiredLong-term care or skilled nursing experience preferredPrior RN Supervisor or Unit Manager experience preferredStrong communication and leadership skillsBasic computer and EMR documentation skillsSchedule & CompensationSalary: $95,000–$105,000 annuallySchedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00am–4:00pmDay shift leadership roleBenefitsWeekly pay401(k) with company matchMedical, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off (PTO)Tuition reimbursementEmployee discount programsWork-life balance with weekday schedule
