RN Unit Manager for our Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
Compensation: $85,000 - $105,000 Annual Salary

We are looking for a dedicated RN Unit Manager for our 156 bed Skilled Nursing Facility in Baltimore, MD. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role running the day to day clinical operations of a nursing unit, supervising the nursing team, and partnering with the Director of Nursing on care quality and survey readiness.
Qualifications of the RN Unit Manager:
Active Maryland RN license in good standing
Nursing experience in a skilled nursing or long term care setting, charge or supervisory experience preferred
Working knowledge of care planning, the survey process and clinical documentation
Strong leadership and communication skills
Able to work full time on site in the building
Responsibilities of the RN Unit Manager:
Supervise and support the nursing staff on the unit, including scheduling and coaching
Oversee resident care, medication management and care plans on the unit
Ensure clinical documentation, compliance and survey readiness
Partner with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary team
Serve as the clinical point of contact for residents and families on the unit
Compensation: $85,000-$105,000 per year
