RN Unit ManagerThe Daughters of Miriam (formerly Montefiore) is currently seeking a FT RN Unit Manager to join our team. The RN Unit Manager will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care delivery at all times on his or her unit, in an atmosphere of dignity, respect and caring. The RN Unit Manager will be responsible for leading, supervising, developing, and evaluating staff to ensure the provision of high quality care and outcomes and maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations and Daughters of Miriam Policies and Procedures. We are looking for an experienced and accomplished RN manager/leader to join our team. We have a strong, dedicated and compassionate team of professionals.
