RN Unit Manager - Memory Care UnitWe are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a Unit Manager at Bridgewater Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing. As a leader on our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality care to our residents, while also fostering a positive and supportive work environment for our staff.Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Resident Unit, ensuring that all residents receive exceptional care and servicesCollaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plansProvide guidance and support to nursing staff, ensuring that they are equipped to provide the highest level of careMonitor and evaluate the unit's quality of care, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as necessaryParticipate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and proceduresCoordinate with other departments to ensure seamless care transitions and communicationMust be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a current licenseMinimum 0 years of experience, with preference given to candidates with prior experience in a long-term care settingStrong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populationsExcellent clinical skills and knowledge, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and prioritiesCommitment to providing exceptional customer service and promoting a positive work environmentGenerous PTOTuition Reimbursement - Advance your career!Health, dental, vision, and disability insurance401k with company matchReferral Bonuses!
