As an RN Unit Manager at The Allure Group, you would be part of a winning team doing meaningful work to improve residents' quality of life, health, and comfort.RN Unit Manager ResponsibilitiesEvaluate the effectiveness of patient care and identifies any issues that affect desired resident outcomesAssess, review, and maintain that daily resident care needs are met, and appropriate resident care is givenAddress resident and staff concerns to promote quality careSupervise staff nurses and CNAs to ensure their completion and quality of dutiesMake rounds of resident rooms to observe and evaluate residents' physical/emotional stateReview order and care plansProvide direct nursing care as necessaryPerform all assigned tasks in accordance with established policies and proceduresRemain prepared to do any services or assignments within the scope of practice of an RNRN Unit Manager RequirementsValid, current RN licenseMust be knowledgeable of nursing practices and procedures, and/or terminology, laws, regulations, and the guidelines that pertain to long-term careAt least one-year experience in a supervisory capacity in a long-term care facilityStrong leadership and interpersonal skillsCOVID-19 VaccinationPreferredPrevious experience with Point Click CareWhat We OfferCompetitive pay scaleMedical and dental coverageGenerous employee referral bonus401kPaid time offCEU-eligible training programsOngoing leadership and professional development trainingDedicated and local leadership supportApply today!
