Job description
RN Unit Manager
Duties
Assess resident's clinical needs.
Handle all supervisory duties for the unit.
Mentor less experienced nurses.
Establish the standards of care for the unit.
Review Resident records & quality of care.
Address questions brought forward by Residents and their families.
Represent the unit's interests with the upper-level management.
Requirements
Long Term Care Experience Preferred, but we will train the right graduate nurse.
Must hold valid, unencumbered Registered Nurse License in NYS or be eligible for reciprocity.
Basic computer skills including EHR use.
Excellent communication skills.
Team Player!
Demonstrate excellent attendance and flexibility.
