RN Unit ManagerComplete Care is hiring an experienced RN Unit Manager!Are you an experienced Registered Nurse-RN Unit Manager who knows how to lead a nursing team, manage a skilled nursing unit, and deliver exceptional resident care?If you have strong skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care experience and are ready to take the next step in your nursing leadership career, we want to hear from you!Annual Salary: $99,840–$104,000As an RN Unit Manager at Complete Care, you will play a key leadership role in the daily clinical operations of your assigned nursing unit. You will lead and support nursing staff, oversee resident care, ensure regulatory compliance, and work closely with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team.We are looking for an RN Unit Manager who is confident leading a team, understands the clinical needs of a skilled nursing population, and can effectively manage the many moving parts of a busy nursing unit.RN Unit Manager QualificationsCurrent, unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) licenseStrong skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care experience requiredPrevious RN Unit Manager, Unit Manager, Nurse Manager, or similar nursing leadership experience strongly preferredAssociate's or Bachelor's Degree in NursingStrong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skillsProven ability to lead, coach, and support nursing staffKnowledge of federal, state, and local regulations governing skilled nursing facilitiesExcellent communication, organization, and time-management skillsAbility to work collaboratively with the Director of Nursing, Assistant Director of Nursing, physicians, residents, families, and the interdisciplinary teamRN Unit Manager ResponsibilitiesOversee the daily clinical operations of an assigned skilled nursing unitProvide leadership, direction, and support to nursing staffMonitor resident care and ensure nursing services are delivered according to established standardsConduct regular nursing rounds and follow up on resident care needsReview clinical documentation and ensure accurate and timely completionMonitor medication administration, treatments, assessments, and other clinical servicesAssist with staff education, training, and performance managementEnsure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulationsParticipate in care planning and interdisciplinary team meetingsCommunicate effectively with residents and their families regarding clinical careCollaborate with the DON and ADON regarding staffing, clinical concerns, and resident needsIdentify opportunities to improve quality of care and resident outcomesRespond appropriately to changes in resident condition and clinical emergenciesSupport survey readiness and quality assurance initiativesOther duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing or AdministratorWhy Join Complete Care?Annual Salary: $99,840–$104,000Health, dental, and vision insurance for eligible employeesPaid time offCareer advancement opportunitiesSupportive nursing leadership teamOpportunity to make a meaningful impact on resident careJoin a team committed to quality care and exceptional outcomesAt Complete Care, our residents are more than patients—they are members of our extended family.
