Laurels of Coldwater is seeking a Registered Nurse Unit Manager to lead the daily operations of a nursing unit on-site in Coldwater, MI. You will ensure safe, high-quality resident care, mentor staff, and uphold regulatory standards in a supportive, collaborative environment.
The role emphasizes supervision of licensed nurses and CNAs, staff scheduling, and adherence to policies to maintain excellence in long-term care facilities. A BSN is preferred and prior supervisory experience is valued.
