RN Unit ManagerWe are seeking a dedicated, experienced, and compassionate RN Unit Manager to join our team at Crown Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, a 200-bed Rehabilitation and Nursing Facility located in Cortland, New York. As an RN Unit Manager, you will provide leadership, supervision, and support to nursing staff, monitor clinical care delivery, and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to improve outcomes.As an RN Unit Manager at Crown Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, you will have the opportunity to join a team that is dedicated to exceeding your expectations by offering the best quality and diversity of services with our professional team of caregivers focusing on each resident as a whole person encompassing physical, social, emotional, and spiritual needs.
