Job description
Cypress Garden Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation in Queens, NY, is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to lead and supervise our nursing staff on the unit. You’ll partner with the DON and ADON to ensure excellence in resident care, regulatory compliance, staffing optimization, and performance evaluations, while promoting teamwork and a positive work culture.
This full-time role offers a 7am–3pm shift with a salary of $115,000–$120,000 per year based on experience.
