Job description
Genesiscareers in High Point, NC is seeking an experienced Unit Manager, RN to lead a clinical team in a long-term care setting. This role features a consistent Monday–Friday day shift with no weekends and a strong emphasis on quality resident care.
You will support the Director of Nursing, oversee nursing operations on an assigned unit, and ensure care delivery aligns with regulatory standards and the organization's mission. RN licensure is required.
