Job description
Aspire Physical Recovery Center at Hoover in Alabama is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to lead the nursing team on the day shift. This leadership role combines clinical oversight with administrative responsibilities to ensure high-quality patient care and smooth unit operations.
The position offers a $15,000 sign-on bonus and a full-time schedule (Monday–Friday, day shift) with a competitive hourly wage ranging from $32.65 to $42.85 based on experience.
