Job description
Elderwood at Williamsville is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to oversee nursing services and residents' social programming on the assigned unit around the clock.
You will lead nursing staff, coordinate with physicians and families, maintain care plans, and ensure high-quality care for residents, including dementia-related needs, in a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment.
