Job description
Diversicare in Bryson City, NC is seeking an RN Unit Manager to lead the nursing care team and ensure patient/resident needs are met with compassion and professional oversight. You will support the care team, participate in performance evaluation, and contribute to a culture of integrity, excellence, compassion, teamwork, and stewardship in a busy long-term care setting.
