Troy Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing in Troy, NY, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to lead a dedicated care team on a -a unit. You will supervise staff, implement policies, mentor nurses, and ensure high-quality resident care.
The ideal candidate holds an active RN license in New York, has LTC and charge nurse experience, and demonstrates strong computer and communication skills. This on-site role requires a commitment to resident dignity and clinical excellence.
