Job description
Journey is seeking an experienced Unit Manager to oversee nursing services for a designated unit in a long-term care setting. You will lead a care team, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote a supportive, collaborative work environment for residents and staff.
The ideal candidate holds an RN license in the state, a nursing degree from an accredited institution, and CPR certification, with prior nursing management in long-term care being a plus.
