Job description
Legacy Healthcare in Meyersdale, PA, seeks an experienced RN Unit Manager to lead the nursing unit in our skilled nursing facility. This role blends hands-on resident care with leadership duties, guiding RNs, LPNs/LVNs, and CNAs to ensure safe, compassionate care and strong clinical outcomes.
You will collaborate with the DON, ADON, physicians, residents, and families to maintain high standards and drive continuous improvement. An active RN license and SNF experience are preferred.
