Job description
Harmony Village of Beverly Hills seeks a Unit Manager (RN) to plan, coordinate, and manage clinical services for the designated nursing unit. You will work with the Director of Nursing to lead the interdisciplinary team and ensure high-quality resident care.
The role requires RN licensure, 1-3 years supervisory experience, and availability for on-call duties. Overtime may be required to ensure patient safety and seamless operations.
