Job description
Journey is hiring a full-time RN Unit Manager to lead the daily nursing operations of an assigned unit and support residents, families, nurses, and CNAs. This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule and pays based on nursing and leadership experience.
The position requires an RN license, a nursing degree, and relevant experience in long-term care with supervisory responsibilities. Weekly pay with DailyPay and comprehensive benefits are available.
